the location was great. i found it easy to get to food and other necessities. the front desk staff was cute and helpful with questions. i particularly appreciated the complimentary drink coupon (it was a nice touch!).
the elevators could sometimes be slow, leading to longer wait times.

convenient location friendly staff coffee machine water machine
i found the location very convenient , being close to major attractions and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful , assisting with directions and recommendations. my room included a coffee machine and a kettle , allowing me to prepare hot beverages easily. i also appreciated the complimentary water machine available on every floor , providing easy access to drinking water.
i did notice that the bathroom door lacked a lock , with limited privacy.

The hotel offers museum tickets and a daily voucher. Both were excellent extras. There was a water machine located on every floor. The staff was very helpful. This.
The room was to be cleaned quickly. Some paint and furniture needed some attention.

decent hotel in a convenient area
clean room convenient location rude staff slow elevator
the room was clean and large enough. the location was close to several places i wanted to visit. it was also near the train station.
The reception staff seemed irresponsible. the lady during check-in was rude regarding my questions. it was also difficult to get an elevator. I waited around 20 minutes. only three elevators were available for about 30 floors with many rooms.

clean hotel helpful staff perfect location easy transportation
The hotel was super clean and well kept. the staff were super friendly and helpful. It. its location is killer because everything is so close, including public transportation. i loved how easy it was to get around (especially for someone like me who loves to explore!).
the elevator wait times sometimes felt a bit long. it wasn't a huge deal, but something i noticed.

This spot is super convenient because bus stations are just steps away. times square is also within easy reach. The immediate area safe area. the broadway shows nearby were a definite plus (i caught two!).
