The hotel offers museum tickets and a daily voucher. Both were excellent extras. There was a water machine located on every floor. The staff was very helpful. This.
The room was to be cleaned quickly. Some paint and furniture needed some attention.

the room was clean and large enough. the location was close to several places i wanted to visit. it was also near the train station.
The reception staff seemed irresponsible. the lady during check-in was rude regarding my questions. I waited around 20 minutes.

The hotel was super clean and well kept. the staff were super friendly and helpful. It. its location is killer because everything is so close, including public transportation. i loved how easy it was to get around (especially for someone like me who loves to explore!).
it wasn't a huge deal, but something i noticed.

This spot is super convenient because bus stations are just steps away. times square is also within easy reach. The immediate area not sketchy at all. the broadway shows nearby were a definite plus (i caught two!).

the room had great space and thoughtful touches, like a coffee maker. fresh water was available, a big plus for refilling bottles. i found the available storage for luggage very helpful, especially with two suitcases.

there was a coffee station in the reception area and it offered lovely coffee. starting the day with a great cup really made a difference. grab and go snacks were also available.

the staff were knowledgeable about not only the immediate area but also things a little outside. i got great recommendations for local spots. they were quick to help with any questions i had.
