the location was awesome! it was only a few minutes' walk to the main bus station. you could get a taxi right from the main door. the check-in and check-out process was also so quick and smooth.
i didn't like the fried food smell in the lobby as soon as you walked in, that smell stayed in your clothes. my bedroom sheet was dirty. the bathroom wasn't very clean.

i found the location very convenient , being close to major attractions and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful , assisting with directions and recommendations. my room included a coffee machine and a kettle , allowing me to prepare hot beverages easily. i also appreciated the complimentary water machine available on every floor , providing easy access to drinking water.
i did notice that the bathroom door lacked a lock , with limited privacy.

the room was clean and large enough. the location was close to several places i wanted to visit. it was also near the train station.
The reception staff seemed irresponsible. the lady during check-in was rude regarding my questions. it was also difficult to get an elevator. I waited around 20 minutes. only three elevators were available for about 30 floors with many rooms.

The hotel was super clean and well kept. the staff were super friendly and helpful. It. its location is killer because everything is so close, including public transportation. i loved how easy it was to get around (especially for someone like me who loves to explore!).
the elevator wait times sometimes felt a bit long. it wasn't a huge deal, but something i noticed.
